Please add a "Force Download" checkbox either to the document record (better) or to the settings (acceptable) - this should add forcedownload=true to the title link.

The file size column is always showing 20KB, but I know that's not correct as I have, for example, 1 flat text file which is 80KB and a ZIP file which is 7500KB.
